The Appointment Schedule screen shows all scheduled appointments for whichever Hospital is set as the current or default hospital. This screen can be accessed by clicking on Appointment Schedule under the File menu.

The Clinical Service drop-down list can be used to filter the appointment list to only those scheduled for the selected service. If the Date checkbox is checked, the list is further filtered to only show appointments scheduled for the selected date. This screen also contains tools that allow direct access to the patient, client, referring veterinarian, and admission records for the selected appointment.

The Admissions screen, which can be accessed by clicking Admissions under the Client Services menu, also shows all scheduled appointments for whichever Hospital is set as the current or default hospital.

The Scheduled Appointments tab shows all scheduled appointments with options to filter the list with the Clinical Service drop-down list and the Date checkbox. The Census tab shows all currently admitted patients. If an appointment was scheduled, then removed from the schedule, it appears in the list under the Pending Appointments tab. The Referral tab shows the list referral cases submitted by referring veterinarians that have not been scheduled. This screen also has tools to directly access the admission and patient records for the selected appointment.
