Click the Medical Records menu option from the top of the main VMIS screen.

From the dropdown, click the Custom List Management option.

Three side options will appear. Click the Diagnosis code option.

The manage diagnosis code window will appear.

To add a new code, select the add button.

The ADD code window will appear. NOTE: This screen says edit code instead of add code.

Enter the code and code description and select OK when finished.

To edit a code, highlight the code and select the edit button at the top of the window.

The edit code screen will appear. Edit as needed and select OK when finished.

To delete a code, highlight the code and hit the delete button at the top of the window.
