=====How To: Edit Add Delete a Diagnosis Code=====

Click the **Medical Records** menu option from the top of the main VMIS screen.

From the dropdown, click the **Custom List Management** option.


Three side options will appear.  Click the **Diagnosis code** option.

The **manage diagnosis code** window will appear.  


To add a **new** code, select the add button.

The **add** code window will appear.

Enter the code and code description and select OK when finished.



To **edit** a code, highlight the code and select the edit button at the top of the window.

The **edit** code screen will appear.  Edit as needed and select OK when finished.

To **delete** a code, highlight the code and hit the delete button at the top of the window.
