How To: Add Alerts to Patient Account
Link to how to search a patient instructional. Once on the account of the desired patient, select the medical record tab on the left side of the patient screen.

The create new medical record screen will appear. Select the patient alert option and hit OK.

The patient alert form will appear.

Complete and select save when finished.
