How To: Submit a VMIS Issue to the CVM Help Desk
OPTION 1
From the main VMIS window, select the help menu option.
Select the Create VMIS work request option.
The work request screen will appear. Complete and select the submit button when finished. (Insert photo)
OPTION 2
From the main VMIS window select the help menu option. (Insert photo)
Select the Send Feedback to the IT Team option. (Insert photo)
The feedback screen will appear. (Insert photo)
OPTION 3
On the main VMIS screen, select the button in the top right hand corner labeled Report a Problem. (Insert photo)
The feedback screen will appear. (Insert photo)
