At this point, you should have the patient number with which to access the correct patient. If not, please see: How To: Find a Patient

Once the patient is located, select the change button to the right of the screen on the same row as primary rDVM row Click on [Change].

The primary referring veterinarian selection screen will appear. Search the vet by the first name, last name, clinic name, address, city, state, zip, or Vet ID and hit find.

Highlight the desired vet and hit OK.
