Select the menu option at the top of VMIS labeled Administration.

Select the first option listed: User Accounts

The user list screen will appear, highlight the employee that needs to be edited by searching for the employee using the search box or by manually scrolling to locate employee.

Once the employee is highlighted, select the icon in the top left hand corner of this window labeled edit.

To Deactivate

The edit user screen will appear, check off the box in the middle of the window that says inactive in order to deactivate the employee.

After marking user inactive, remove all rights and groups from user account by clicking the items in the right hand box and selecting the « to remove.

To Activate

The edit user screen will appear, uncheck the box in the middle of the window that says Inactive in order to activate the user.

After marking user active, grant necessary rights and groups from user account by clicking the items in the left hand box and selecting the » to move them to the box on the right side of the screen.
