Each device or piece of equipment should have at least one technician from the clinical service or area owning the device that can be used as a point of contact for help. If the responsible technician is unknown, contact the service or area supervisor for assistance. ===Vendor Support=== -------------------- Some issues or problems will require technical support from the equipment vendor. For each device or piece of equipment, the owning clinical service or area should know who is the vendor and have contact information for the vendor support.
