If an appointment was scheduled, then removed from the schedule, it appears in the list under the //Pending Appointments// tab. The //Referral// tab shows the list referral cases submitted online by referring veterinarians that have not been scheduled. This screen also has tools to directly access the admission and patient records for the selected appointment.
