===== How To: Add a New Pharmacy Service Request =====

From the main VMIS Screen, choose the pharmacy menu option from the top of the screen.

From the dropdown, select pharmacy service request.

The Pharmacy Service Request List Screen will appear.  Select the new button towards the top of this screen.

The New pharmacy service request screen will appear. Select the RC account #, stocking location, PO # (if applicable), the contact phone number and whether or not a cart will be provided. When finished select the Add to list option

Note: To delete, select the item in the box to the left and select the delete from list button located under the add to list button.

Save when finished.
