+From the main VMIS Screen, choose the pharmacy menu option from the top of the screen.

+From the dropdown, select pharmacy service request.

+The Pharmacy Service Request List Screen will appear.  Select the new button towards the top of this screen.

+The New pharmacy service request screen will appear. Select the RC account #, stocking location, PO # (if applicable), the contact phone number and whether or not a cart will be provided. When finished select the Add to list option
+Note: To delete, select the item in the box to the left and select the delete from list button located under the add to list button.
