=====How To: Create a New Referral for a New Client=====

Under **Client Information**, click the client name dropdown.

Since the client is existing, the Referring Vet will be able to select the Client name from the dropdown. Once the Client name is selected, the demographic information will be automatically entered into the fields.
Once the client information is entered, scroll down to the patient information section and select the patient information dropdown to ensure that the patient doesn’t already have an account.

If the patient does not have an account, select the create new button next to the select patient dropdown and enter the patient information.  Submit when finished.  The Referral will now be available to view under the current referrals tab.
