=====How To: Create New VMIS User=====

Select the menu option at the top of VMIS labeled **Administration**.

Select the first option listed: **User Accounts**.

A window will appear, check the box that states **include inactive users**.

Search the name of the new VMIS user in the search box at the top left of the screen.  If the user already exists, update and activate the old account.

If the new VMIS user does not already exist, select the option on the top of the screen labeled **Add**.

The **new VMIS user window** will appear.
