To learn how to search a patient, first see: How To: Find a Patient

Once a patient account is pulled up from the Patient Information option from the main VMIS screen (link to how to search a patient wiki page), select the Medical Record tab located at the top of the screen.

The list of all records for the selected patient will be listed. To pull up a specific record, double click the record.
