Select the tab at the top of VMIS labeled Administration.
Select the first option listed: User Accounts
The user list screen will appear, highlight the employee that needs to be edited by searching for the employee using the search box or by manually scrolling to locate employee.
Once the employee is highlighted, select the icon at the top of this screen labeled edit.
Select the rights tab on the bottom half of the user window.
Select desired rights for user. Once right(s) are selected, click the » arrows to move the right(s) to the box to the right which will add the rights to the users effective rights.
To revoke rights, click the « arrows.
