How To: How to: Change/Add rDVM on the Patient Summary Screen


At this point, you should have the patient number with which to access the correct patient. If not, please see: How To: Find a Patient

Select F4 on the keyboard, or click the patient information button on the main VMIS screen.

Once the patient is located, select the Change button to the right of the screen on the same row as Primary rDVM row Click on [Change].

The primary referring veterinarian selection screen will appear. Search the vet by the first name, last name, clinic name, address, city, state, zip, or Vet ID and select the find button.

Highlight the desired vet and select OK.
