=====How To: Edit Add Delete a Deficiency Code=====

Click the **Medical Records** menu option from the top of the main VMIS screen.

From the dropdown, click the **Custom List Management** option.  Three side options will appear.  Click the **Deficiency code** option.

The **manage deficiency code** window will appear.  

To add a **new** code, select the **add** button.  

The **add code** window will appear.

Enter the code and code description and select OK when finished.


To **edit** a code, highlight the code and select the edit button at the top of the window. 


The **edit code** screen will appear.  Edit as needed and select OK when finished.

To **delete** a code, highlight the code and hit the **delete** button at the top of the window.
