To learn how to search a patient, first see: [[userdocs:how-to:ch1:patient_find|How To: Find a Patient]]

Once a patient account is pulled up from the **Patient Information** option from the main VMIS screen (link to how to search a patient wiki page), select the **Medical Record** tab located at the top of the screen.

The list of all records for the selected patient will be listed.  To pull up a specific record, double click the record.
